Can not move photos of Galaxy 6 to computer

[AC Question]

I use to be able to transfer with window explorer and windows 10. Now it will not it comes up with the error "A device attached to the system is not functioning" so i spent 30 minutes on the phone with Samsung and they want me to call Microsoft. I tired Side Sync, My Phone Explorer and what ever else is out there. they either do not work or you have to transfer one photo at a time. The phone and software has been updated many time over the past month. Cant understand that this should be such a big deal. Please help!!

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried different USB cables? Does it work if you connect it to other PCs?

try an app like airdroid. it works over wifi so no cables needed
