can not open webtv anymore

[Android Central Question]

On my sister's p9, she can not open webtv anymore
and there are 3 different webtv app
The phone itself closes all the webtv app's
but why someone who can help?

Which P9 - what's the name of the company that made the phone?

Where did you get the Web TV app(s)? From the Google Play Store, or somewhere else? There shouldn't be 3 different apps for the same service. Or is this one of those apps/services that exists to enable you to view content for which you haven't paid (if so, we won't help you, as that's illegal)?

What do you mean by "the phone itself closes all the WebTV apps." What actually happens when you open them?
