Can numbers I didn't call show up on my call log, is there an app that can do this?

How is it possible for my husband who is the account holder for my Verizon and and his at&t account, to have numbers from his contact list show up on my call log.. numbers to the people I've heard him talk about in the past? I have been every place looking for answers the past several years.. no-one can help me.. I have the s8+ and he has the s6active... I suspected something was up after I had a stroke not long after giving birth to our daughter.. new truck. New tattoo, new interest in kayaking and actually doing something other than sit around.. is there an app that can do this? Can he some how restart his s6 active in a mode that allows him to use a different number?
