Can only find files for 2 out of 4 recordings

I have 4 voice recordings in my app, but I can only find 2 files, both on phone and computer.

I want to copy the files to save them, and I don't want to use the share function, sending sensitive information through uncle google..

What to do?

The app may have the data stored in a secure storage area that isn't accessible except by the app. You don't say what app it is. If you open the app can you actually listen to the recordings? Does the app have the ability to export a recording and save it to another storage location?
