Can photos in my Facebook app take up room on my phones RAM or internal storage?

You'll have cache build up on the internal SD card. Ram will be used while the app is in use. Other than that, you won't have to worry about memory issues related to Facebook photos unless you are saving the images and have filled the SD card capacity. At which point you can just free up space by moving or deleting files.

I got rid of the facebook app all together. That app and the facebook messenger app kinda messed up my phone. No one believes me when I say that but my phone runs alot smoother now than it did then. Thanks for your help tho....
