Can Samsung Note 5 use 2 apps?

Currently im using 2 hp with both working data..so im planning to use only 1 hp for both sim...and my choice right now is Note 5..so,I’m wondering if Note 5 has the ability to run 2 apps like example 2 whatsapp..

That depends on the app, but most apps just bring the currently-running copy to the foreground, they don't run a second copy.
