Android Central Question

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and I broke the LCD panel because it slipped out of my hand and landed on hard ground. I took it to a Samsung store and asked how much it would cost for them to repair it (it was out of warranty). They said it would only cost $180 compared to other stores repairing it at $300. However, they said they would not repair it if it was already repaired at a separate mobile repair store. The thing is, I cracked the screen around a year ago and got it repaired somewhere else, so I was wondering if they would be able to tell that I had replaced the screen at a non-Samsung store. Is there an indicator or a seal that breaks that shows that the phone has been dealt with before? And if there is, how I can check it?

Hi, I'm the original creator of this question. What I meant was, if I have previously repaired my phone at a third party store, would Samsung still be willing to repair my phone themselves? Would they know if I repaired my phone somewhere else and how?

They would know since when they open the phone they might find parts that aren't original, but replacements. And I'm sure they have other means to tell.
