Only because they are my hand-me downs.
Started a few years ago with blackberries now everyone has some version of an Android phone.
Yea but with data plans and all that must be one expensive plan you got going.

LG will never be an option for me.It is damn expensive but now I started it they are spoiled.
The 20% corporate discount helps ease the pain.
Also I'm on the verge of completely getting rid of my house phone.
Since everyone has androids I rarely see laptops all over the house anymore (don't know if that's bad or good but the reason I'm very concerned about unlimited data)
I was hoping with the new data plans that maybe there would be the potential to share data amongst lines like we do minutes.
That would be a huge savings.
Say $120 versus $80 for 20GB.
I know I'm dreaming but what the hell.
Its also funny like myself for some reason the Revolution was never in the equation as an alternative.
Cruiser, i am certain it is true now.Hmm, well that'd be awesome if you can in fact transfer the upgrades without forcing another data plan, though I'd love to get some confirmation one way or another. I'm in the same boat as y'all, my parents don't even want to text, and just want something small and simple with good battery life. When their phones finally crap out, I can get them something cheap off ebay. So if in fact I could use their upgrades without adding another data plan, I probably will.
I'm sure I'll be happy with the Charge for some time, as I love messing around with things and the level of development already will make up for the hardware deficit. But if we see LTE phones 6 months from now that blow everything current out of the water, with a solid day or more of battery life on hardware on par with a good desktop (like the chip-makers are telling us), I wouldn't be able to resist. I could get a gen2 LTE superphone, and throw the Charge up on ebay while it still has some value.
However I'm not the type that always has to have the latest and greatest, I just buy the best of what's available when I do get something, that way it lasts me awhile. So I'm not likely to dump the Charge when the first LTE phone that I like better in every way comes along, but if it starts to annoy me and there's something truly great out there in the next 6 months or so, I'll definitely consider it.
