I was trying to beam a picture using NFC with a Galaxy S4. It won't work. I don't get it. It worked flawless when I had a GS3. Missed that feature

the nfc chip is near the top of the phone and not the bottom. also, you do need to enable it in the settings first.

NFC is enabled but where is Android Beam option?

photos and weblinks and contact cards yes....don't think you can do a file as big as music, but i don't know that for sure

Just beamed some pics from a Nokia 808 to my One.
I did try to beam a highlight to a Note 2 and that didn't work.

Just remember the nfc antenna is around the camera.

Yup. S Beam on Samsung phones blocks normal NFC communications with other phones.

Why can't I find my android beam option even after I turn on nfc? Is it my phone??
