can the note 3 s pen work with galaxy 10.1?

I just bought a note 3, and I'm wondering if the S Pen will work with my galaxy tablet?
If so. How do I make it work?

I don't think the S-pen will work at all on the Galaxy "Tab" series because it's not programed for it...just the Note line of products. But I do have the Galaxy Note 3 and the Note 10.1 (2014 edition) and the S-pens are exactly the same, and interchangeable.

I can confirm it won't work, tried the original note 10.1 pen with the 10.1 tab 3. Nothing

Yeah it won't work. It doesn't have the wacom digitizer in it to read the stylus actions
