Can the Samsung S8 translate text messages into Spanish?

With my Samsung S4, I could highlight and translate an English text message into Spanish. I'm not seeing that option with my S8. Is it possible?

Go to Google Translate. Upper left corner, touch the 3 horizontal lines. In the menu that open, select SMS Translation. Enjoy.

Hmm...new phone for me. I'm not seeingGoogle Translate. Do I need to download that?
