Can those in Europe and in other countries outside the Americas use the Moto X?

I know it?s been asked a couple times but the answer didn?t seem definitive. Anyone reports of anyone abroad importing and using the phone? (i don't know much about bands, or whatever makes the difference, all i know is outside of the u.s. is pretty much GSM, but that's all i know)

It just depends on what frequency their carrier uses. Most AT&T phones, when unlocked, work abroad. It may just mean they get slower speeds.
