Question Samsung A50 freeze then stuck on the logo screen

My A50 froze and i dont know how i got to turn it off. I couldnt turn it on again so I looked online and tried the volum down + power. It turned on but it got stuck on the screen wwith just the logo and then nothing.
I tried the volume up + power to get to the recovery mode but its not working.
I plugged it to my cumputer, the charging logo appears, then i unplug it and the charging logo is still here.
I would really appreciate some help ! Thank you

Welcome to Android Central! How long did you press and hold Power and Vol Up? Also, did you make sure that you were pressing them at exactly the same time?

When you say that Vol Up and Power are not working, do you mean that nothing shows up on the screen at all?

You probably going to need to flash the stock firmware with Odin

I try to press them at the same time. I hold for up to 30 seconds I'd say.
Yes I mean that nothing is showing up on the screen.

Looks like you may have to try reflashing the ROM -- mustang7757 can help you with that.

On the website, there are multiple updates of Odin, is there one that is better?
They also recommand "one click root", is using Odin difficult?

I downloaded Frija successfully, I ran it, but as I feared, my phone isn't showing up on my computer when it is plugged in.
So frija can't read my updates info. Any thoughts?

I tried to find the model and CSC and IMEI on my original box.
The model is SM 6 A505FN/DS and IMEI is the number from the screenshot.
I bought the phone in Ireland but they have 2 CSC. I ran it with each and there is a difference in the version so im not sure if it helps

I deleted your photos , you don't want someone getting the IMEI numbers of your device.

Make sure your have a known good Data transfer cable this is critical, also download Odin latest from XDA website

If it's stuck at the Samsung Logo it might not recognize your device which u need to go in download mode and flash with Odin but get your firmware from SamMobile or Samfirm that latest version

I can't access the download mode on my phone. I can't access any hidden mode on my phone. No matter how long how press.
I am not sure that my cable is a good data transfer cable. I will try with other cables but I have little hope it will change something.

Hold the power button down at the same time as both volume buttons until download mode appears could take 20 to 30 seconds if that doesn't work sometimes having a cable from phone to the computer does the trick with that sequence

Did you get this phone directly from Samsung, your wireless carrier, or a well-known electronics retailer (like Best Buy)? Or did you get it from a private seller, or a shady retailer like Wish or AliExpress?
