Can Vibration be turned off for notifications

I used to have Gear S3 and was able to have sound only and no vibration on notification... I have the same settings on the Galaxy Watch and the notifications will NOT turn off for the notifications, only the calls. I was wondering if this is a defect on my new watch or if this is a new thing with the new watch.. I am not a big fan of the vibrating and would like it to go away. TIA

I have the same watch and don't have that issue. Did you check the settings on the watch itself and then on the gear app there are options to make sure vibration is off
