can we flash sprint radios??

I can't remember exactly how I started but I remember that when I went to the latest update from sprint it was an update zip. So if you wanted to test out sprint gingerbread there you go. I believe I was using this older recovery I don't remember which one. Cm7 should work fine. I got a brand new optimus v the other day I gotta get around to rooting and testing things out on.

Thanks for the reply. I was more interested in the older zv7 and 8 radios for the guys having trouble with 9. Sounds like they are only available in the .cab from tho

well that was a fun little adventure lol i decided to update my radio to Sprint SVH and try out HydroRom appart from i still wasent getting data but the cell radio seemed to be working (should have made a call i know). then without data i figured it still wasnt much use to me and flashed back to the VM670 zv9 via the update.zip everything went normal i still didnt have data. tried running the activation app it would turn 1x on while app was running then disconnect leaveing me with still no data. Before i did any of this i made a backup on qpst so i loaded that and wrote it to the phone and rebooted. Success my 3g is back and running and i've restored my backup and now its like nothing ever happened. i havent got time tonight to go threw it all again tonight but i might give it another go tomarro and see if i restore my qpst settings on zvh i can get data and voice on sprint gingerbread
