Someone enlighten me if able.. I can't find a way to customize/replace the clock widget on the lockscreen. You can change wallpaper, dual clocks, and change the default clock to small, medium and large (which is still small). But replacing the default clock widget with something like DIGI clock or similar seems impossible. I am used to being able to add widgets on other phones. Am I missing something?

in one of the review videos.. I can't remember who.. but they mentioned lockscreen widgets are gone.. which I just don't understand why.

You can't even change the font color, so if you use a light colored wallpaper, you can't even see the clock. I don't understand why they would do away with customizing the lockscreen, that's was one of the things that was great about android.

well that's just stupid. they should at least dim the lockscreen wallpaper like stock android does.

On my S3 once it got the update that supported lock screen widgets, there was a setting that you needed to enable to allow them on the lock screen. Does the S5 have that option?
