Sorry, but the question is still not clear, though -- are you asking how to disable the Cut & Paste option? If so, where? As far as I know, you can't disable Copy/Paste options in the keyboard.

Copy/paste is a core OS function, without rewriting code for the OS I don't think you'll be able to disable it.

I reformatted the title to reflect the question you were asking. I've never even heard of anyone wanting to disable these features. It seem to be an odd question, can you elaborate more?
