Just wondering if I qualify for the $200 Samsung credit if I order T-Mobile, ATT, or Verizon? In the past with preorders we got some type of deal even we ordered from our service provider.

You should be able to claim it via shop Samsung app once you receive your phone. That's how it's worked in the past and see no reason why it would be different this time around.
