Can you get a usb to hdmi connector?If so is it possible to use for the OS on mini PC?

As in will i have the full function of core i3, 8gb memory ssd m2 but with chrome OS?

Welcome to Android Central! What device are you talking about? Are you thinking of installing CloudReady on an older Windows laptop that doesn't have an HDMI output?

Chrome OS is less featured comparing to Windows, try similar experiment on any version of MS Windows.
