How do I check I any moded app is taking my data?

I've checked data usage in app info but it's safe I think It's showing data usage 0 and storage 500mb And if I go and check in my connectivity

Data usage>wifi data

There it's written Foreground 7 mb and background 217 kb

Is this ok?

I'm just checking coz my last phone was kinda hacked

Also how to check if the app is safe?

If you habitually use modded apps, it's not that surprising that your last phone was kinda hacked. Modded apps (or the source where you found them) are at higher risk for carrying malware.
