Can you help me to fix my camera software issues.

Good evening. My Galaxy Grand Prime (Android 6.0.1) camera acts strange. It works perfectly on the default Camera app, but in the downloaded applications which are using the camera (Skype, Snapchat, Retrica, Messenger...) the brightness is very low. Both on front and back ones. The phone is new, tried everything i could. Did a bunch of research, lots of people are having this problem, but couldn't find a fix. Did a factory reset - it didn't help.

Is the low brightness only on the viewfinder display, or is the photo you take also very dim?

The photo is also dark. Plus on video chat apps like viber, watsapp or skype it shows dark for my chat partner as well. But when i'm using the default android video chat, it works quite well.

In your research, did you find that the people having this problem also had the same phone model as yours? If so, it may be a bug in the firmware. Contact Samsung about it.
