Can you help me turn my android on or fix it?

My android phone won't turn on. I have taken out the battery and put it back in, but it just gives me the LG screen and won't turn on. (Some people say this might be a considered a hard freeze), but please help!!!

Does the battery seem to charge at all? Are you using the official charger?

I'm guessing that the "LG screen" you're describing is the screen you normally see for a moment when the device boots up normally, but it's just not going away?

This situation is usually caused by a problem at the kernel level. The phone is really just rebooting constantly on the inside, or not able to initialize some piece of hardware.

Sometimes, this can be corrected by going to the BootLoader options and resetting the phone. Which model of LG device do you have?
