Can you turn on vibrate for the dial pad?

I just switched my Galaxy Nexus out yesterday for a new one due to a couple issues. However, I could have swore that on my original one I was able to turn on vibrate for the phone dialpad. Now, with the new one I can't seem to do such. Under Settings/Sounds I've turned on the 'Vibrate to touch', but still no luck for the dialpad itself. Is there another setting I'm missing or....???

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
