Canadian Nexus 4 Ordered On December 3rd - Order Status and Tracking

I am flying to Toronto in the middle of Jan for business. If I do not have my phone by then I will go firebomb google HQ....I kid, I will break in and try grab my nexus 4, then leave my receipt showing I paid for it

Mid Jan will be to late my friend, because i will burn that build long before that!

My order went through at 4:00:40 AST. Playstore went from pending to pre-ordered, and my credit card's been charged. I haven't received any shipping emails yet. Super disappointed since I've seemed to be one of the first ones actually ordered.

WOW, 4:00:40 is the earliest time i saw someone placed an order. And ye, you are right, there is no order to the shipments. I saw people that ordered after me (12:03:31) and got shipment info already.

Unfortunately being so involved also causes a negative side effect of obsessing over all this filth. This is a black mark on google in my book. The wife being out of town certainly helps. Fortunately I slept normal last night and will do so tonight. But first thing I do after smashing my alarm is checking my gmail status. Sad times indeed, such first world problems. I just really dont like the fact they "went on sale" after being "out of stock" but they clearly had no stock as no one has received one. It's just so damned annoying. I am going to get a slice of cake now to make myself better. By the time this is all over, ill be 40 pounds heavier and a fatty because google drove me to eating cakes every evening to reduce my sadness.

As long as I get it before Thursday evening on the 20th I'm not too concerned. But do I even hate getting anything in my gmail right now. I hear the ding on my phone and my heart starts racing.

on your receipt that you received, at the bottom click on "order history" it will load the page and you will see

From the play store Site hit the settings wheel in top right. Then select your orders, the phone should be listed there and show the status.

If that happens, i am going to take a day off on Monday, welcome the UPS guy, offer him Pizza. Spend the whole day on N4 and then live happily ever after...

There are a lot of self entitled crybabies posting in here. I keep reading posts saying how badly 'Google has effed this up' , and how people 'deserve free shipping'.

Why does Google owe you a shipping refund? When you purchased the phone on December 3rd, it said it would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. Dec 3rd was about a week and a half ago.

I understand that it's not fun to wait, he'll, id rather have my N4 right this second too, but as far as the ordering process goes, Googles not been a minute late sending out any of these phones until this Monday at 12pm EST.
