Bro, if it was jacked I would freak. I heard some people jacked some nintendo's in seattle. If they had my N4 on it, someone is going to pay the price. What the price is I am not sure as I am not violent. BUT A PRICE WILL BE PAID. I think I am losing it again like last week when things seemed bleak. It is no longer the uncertainty of shipping, but rather the waiting that is driving me insane.

Mine left Concord at 5:45 this morning "out for delivery", at 11:49PM I have yet to receive it... WTF? Anyone else in Markham have this problem? I've read plenty of people online say UPS delivered to them past 9PM, even up till 12 midnight during holiday hours... but like... come on....

Lol no kidding. But if today is any preview. Then icy highways and bridges. In a 20KMs stretch today there was 9 semi's stalled, jackknifed, or in a ditch. Oy...

i gave in and bought one from Kijiji - $500 sealed. Couldnt be less happier. Will sell mine for around the same price when it comes and break even..ta-da! been playing with it all night, i love it!
Wow, so after my Nexus 4 was 'out for delivery' on a truck yesterday... ALL DAY... after leaving Concord at 5:45AM, I get a message at 12:30AM TODAY saying it is now arriving at 'end of day' TODAY. I haven't found a single person ever complaining about this from UPS before. Very frustrating.
I guess that is one way of going about it, but I'd rather not spend money I have already spent!
I've had that happen to me before. Usually if they have too many stops and they can't get to it, it stays on the truck until the next day. When they scan it again in the morning before they leave it updates the tracking.
Mine is out for delivery today, but since Purolator is handling my delivery who knows if it will get here today lol

I have no new scanning info. I think they might have just left it on the truck to be delivered today. I wonder if that gives me some priority today...
