Has your carrier announced the update yet? Most US carriers are still rolling it out.

The Bell Note 4 update is not out yet.
You can manually check on your phone via Settings...About Device...Software Updates...

If you are on Bell you can check their website...

I have heard that Telus is updating on May 18. I have also heard that the Canadian carriers roll out updates fairly close to each other.
