canned text responses

How do I edit these, I found the quick messages and know how to edit those, but what I am looking for is not in there.

When I get a text, the first canned response that shows up on my watch is "Roger that" but I can not find where I can edit or delete that message.

What am I missing?

I had a similar issue with my S2. Some apps, like Signal, use the system-wide list that you can edit in the Gear app, but others, like Skype, seem to have their own internal list of canned responses. If there's any way to edit those I have yet to discover it...
