cannot add google account

I cannot add google account in secure folder. It says google play service has stopped

Yes. In Secure Folder

Both. It happens only in Secure Folder

What if you go to the App Manager, select Secure Folder, and Clear Cache? If you don't have any important data stored there, Clear Data as well.
