FYI I loaded
Debloated/Deodexed Froyo Leak+root+Froyo Clockworkmod
Pretty happy with it, battery life is not good though.

People have had varying degrees of success with the different methods in there. I, of course am partial to my method and everyone I have talked to it who has tried it have been reporting better battery life.
