Cannot connect 10tt social box to Samsung smart tv

Got a black screen and nothing happened- can you help please

What are you connecting it to physically? An HDMI port on the TV? Have you used the TV remote to switch from cable or antenna to that HDMI port? Did you connect the 10TT to your internet connection (WiFi or Ethernet cable)?
