Cannot disable Samsung Music + No OCR app

I have searched high and low. There is no way that I can tell to disable the default Samsung Music player. I'd much rather use Google Play Music. You can install apps that automatically start your own player when headsets or bluetooth are connected, but the car mode S-voice controls still bring up the Samsung app.

Also, what's with removing the OCR app? I really wanted that..
