Cannot factory reset A53 because wifi is broken

My A53 has a major fault where it cannot turn on WiFi at all. It also will sometimes go into a reboot loop of death for hours at a time. I want to factory reset it and sell it for spares/repair, but I can't do the factory reset because it demands I connect to WiFi. Any ideas?

I never had to connect to WiFi to Factory reset in recovery, something don't sound right .
