Cannot Factory Reset HELP!!!

I have an xpeia x10 and i have been trying to factroy reset my device and i am having ZERO luck. I cant access the device due to the fact i dont remember my google acct. (stupid i know) i cant use the pc companion software because i cant enable the usb connection. I have also tried to hold down the left and right keys and boot on and that didnt work either that just enabled the safe mode !! help please
