cannot find assisted dial setting

version: samsung 7 (NOT 8)
provider: T-mobile, but the phone is clearly optimized for AT&T

so here's the thing. I play a web game, and when tap on page numbers, my phone thinks "ah, I need to dial 1+ 2345678910". which it does not. however, tutorials for turning off assisted dialing are less than useful.

here are screenshots of my "phone" settings. I have checked all of them. also, the "settings" app did not have any search results for dial/phone/etc.
