Cannot find Beautiful Widgets App

That can't find beautiful Widgets in the marketplace? I searched, browsed, and even scanned the QR code from androlib.com. it said the link was broken. I'm probably doing something wrong does anybody know what's going on?

HTC gave the developer a cease and desist. Then the developer came back with a revised version and last i heard, HTC wanted to review the revised version.

So they pulled it from the store while HTC is reviewing it. That makes sense, but I hate HTC for doing this, as if someone will buy an Eris instead of the Droid because they like the clock

Its not in the Marketplace. Where are you looking? Explain 'updates'?

If I go to the market, hit the menu button and select downloads, it will show that I can update as Im running the old version.

it will show up for people who already purchased it before it was pulled. but new potential buyers can't see it
