Cannot Get Update

When I try to log in to my Samsung account to retrieve the update it says incorrect password which I know is not true. Anyone having this issue?
 
I've got the same problem. Can't login. Can't signup bc it says:

a) Account already exist
or
b) Processing error

This is pissing me off. wtf?
 
Same issue here. I even tried to re-register with a new email address and I still get the processing error. Any clues?

Are you going to settings > about tablet > software update > update ? I was never prompted for a password

sent to you in three dimensions
 
I read around and this is what worked for me.

go to their mobile device site: http://samsungdive.com
go to login but click on the "Forgot my Email or Password" link
Enter in your email address
In your email, there's a link to change the password.
Change it.
Then you should be able to log in from your GT10.1 and get the update.
