Cannot move Files to PC Since update!

Hi all ,

ever since the latest update for my S6 Edge, whereby the "Device Maintenance" has been installed, i cannot seem to move any files from my phone t my PC.

Previously all i had to do was connect via USB, Scroll down and push "Charging", then select move images the instantly the S6 would appear in "My Computer" and i could access the phone but now this option is not available and my phnes storage is nearing max!

One update for one of the OnePlus phones required turning off USB Debugging to re-enable connectivity with a PC.
No idea if that is related or not.
