cannot open Samsung Walkie Talkie App on my Samsung Galaxy watch 4

I downloaded Samsung walkie talkie app from Google Play directily on my watch but could not open it. always shows "cannot connect to your telephone" - although I can see on my samsung Galaxy S20 5G at samsung wearable app that the walkie talkie app is installed and all rights are given. Can anybody help?

From what I understand, it only works on watches that are LTE and have an eSIM. Is your watch BT only? Also, does it give an error message?
 
I does work on on BT only watches. My wife and I used it for a bit. It seemed hit or miss with connectivity.
 
You're having trouble with the Samsung Walkie-Talkie app on your watch. One thing to try is restarting both your Galaxy S20 and your watch. Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues. Also, ensure that both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network or that your phone has a stable internet connection.
