Cannot perform hard reset on Motorola Moto X Play

My phone was fully charged this morning. After that I was typing a message and it turned off suddenly and since then I cannot turn it on. Once it is charging, the battery icon keeps popping up, but it seems as if it was not charging. I can enter into fastboot menu, but whichever option I choose, it faces me with a white screen with a Motorola logo and goes back to battery icon popping up, so I can't actually go into recovery menu. Does anyone have an idea how to solve it, please?

Welcome to Android Central! That doesn't sound good. If you press and hold Power for 15-20 seconds, does it power on normally, or is it the same kind of behavior?

Hi, when I press the power button literally notning happens, even when I keep it pressed for 2 minutes...

I'd suspect a hardware problem. Is it still under warranty? If so, contact Motorola.
