The standard email client on my ATT Galaxy S4 works fine for receiving and sending a message, but when an image is sent I cannot download it. I click "attachments" and then "save." However, it is showing that the file is 0 kb. When I click to view file from folder, it just shows a blank file icon. I've gone through settings and have not been able to find a solution. Thanks for any suggestions.

Thank you for the reply, which helped me focus on the individual accounts. The steps are somewhat different (and far more convoluted) for Jelly Bean, which I'll post below. This is for the stock email client that comes loaded with Jelly Bean.

Open email client
Settings
Select Account (if you have multiple email accounts)
Under "Sync Settings" select "Size to retrieve emails"
Pop-up w/ radio buttons appear, choose "All including attachments" at bottom.

That fixed it for me.

Thanks again.
