I used to be able to receive incoming land line calls on my Nord 100 One Plus phone but all of a sudden I cannot. On their side it just says that the phone number doesn't exist. I don't know how to correct this. One company tried putting a 1 before the number and that didn't help. Can you please tell me how to correct this so all calls will come to me?

I assume it is a simple fix, I just don't know what it is.

Thank you.

Are you sure it is only landline calls? Could it be some landline calls but others come through? Check your phone's settings? Is it set to block suspected spam calls? Or could it be blocking all unknown/private numbers that are not saved in your contacts? Have you tried to contact your carrier? Could it be a problem with your sim card?

Sorry for all the questions but just things to consider/troubleshoot.

It seems to be landline calls only. My carrier, T mobile has no idea, spent an hour on the phone with them to no avail. I have no one blocked or spammed. Not blocking any unknown numbers. I don't know what other settings would cause this to happen or which settings would need to be changed to what. Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! You don't use Google Voice or T-Mobile's DIGITS feature, do you?

Ok great... I just did that without any hiccups. You think this will take care of it? No one around at the moment with a land line to call me to check. (sigh) Thanks for you help.

My mother is out of state and used to be able to call me but everytime she calls now, she gets a recording that says the phone number doesn't exist. Hard to work with a 93 year old woman and explain techy stuff..... stuff i don't even understand myself. What would have caused this?

Is the problem still happening?

Yes, my smartphone can get calls from other smartphones and I can call smartphones and landlines with no issues.

No results yet. I have asked that she call me to verify but can't get her to do simple tasks of this nature.
