Cannot receive text mesages, help please

Need help please, all of a sudden I can no longer receive text messages. I can send them out fine but cannot receive. I've done all my software updates, went to the Verizon store yesterday where they were absolutely no help whatsoever.

So I decided to go to where everyone can go to for help....Android Central.

I'm not so familiar with your device, but last time this happened to me on mine, updating the profile and rebooting fixed it.

Try deleting some/many old or unneeded texts. If you get too many it creates a low memory situation that will prevent you from receiving new texts.
