Cannot reset password

So for whatever reason my phone remembers my forum password but I can't reset it on the computer via the website it doesn't work. I've sent multiple emails and messages with no response. Can anyone help me with this so I can access the forum on the computer and my phone please?
 
Hey @Theot, I don't have any emails from you in account support under the username or email registered on your account. I will reset your pwd now and email you the details.
 
I have a similar issue for the longest .. I'm only able to access on Tapatalk.. computer will not allow me to login... Nobody ever answers support emails from Mobile Nations or whatever the link to support ...


If I try to login from computer I get message

Oops something went wrong in creating forum account .. our tech team has been alerted and it will be fixed shortly ..

Michelle, at the bottom of the forum home page there is a "contact us" link that I used, it went to a form that I submitted but I have no idea where that was going.

As for resetting the password, the Captcha never would work for me so I couldn't get past that to reset myself and I tried it on multiple browsers so I'm not sure if its a thing with my account or what. FYI.

Can you describe what you mean? Like the Captcha doesn't show up at all or you put in the answer and it's always wrong or...?

captcha does not show up. I would put my email in, hit the reset button and I think maybe one time I tried it showed up and then it still never gave me a reset button after. But most of the time it just didn't show up no matter what I did.

Are you using an ad blocker? Is the system sending you an email to reset the password?

No ad blocker, tried chrome, IE and Edge, none of them would work and I was not getting the email to reset the password. I checked every folder including spam multiple times to be sure. Whereas the one you sent showed right up.

Ok, thanks for the info. I'm going to flag this to our tech team to see if they can solve the Captcha issue.
