Cannot set sleep tracker , I am on IOS system

I am at my wits end , 76 years old so not so hot on tech . My problem is by pure chance I found sleep tracker on my Gear Frontier 3s on IOS , and I loved it and it tracked me all night . But now I have forgotten how I found it , please can someone help me .
Would be so grateful .

I don't think it matters what type of phone you're using. On your Gear S3, swipe down from the top of the screen, touch the circle with the line in it. You'll then be prompted to specify the amount of time you want the Do Not Disturb feature active. I set mine for From Now On so that stays that way all night. Touch the check mark on the right of the screen and you're good to go.

Other than that, your watch will track any amount of non-movement for a certain amount time, and then will record it as sleep.
