Cannot unlock screen

Rebooted a few times with no help. I've read other posts about this happening with a magnetic case. I am not using any case.

Ok I tried a factory reset and the screen just shuts off and wont stay on right after I hit that play button icon when the tablet starts fresh to set up. Guess it's gonna be sent back since it's only a month old.

It seems like there is an issue with the actual hardware. Since it's less than 30 days old, give it back to the original reseller in exchange for another one.
