now there is another update with kies. the program connects to tab, downloads the update to the pc,
the tab goes into download mode in order to install the update, and then connection between kies and tab seems to be lost.... and after some time I get the message: fail to convert into upgrade mode...
I have the latest kies, I have the drivers, I tried another usb port, I have done a factory reset, but still nothing.
the update is only available through kies not OTA.
any ideas?
