cannot view recieved MMS messages

After attempting to search this forum I could not find a thread about why I cannot view my incoming MMS messages specifically pictures.. It will give me a alert that says <subject:etcetera.jpeg> instead of the picture itself how may I remedy this issue? Any help would be wicked awesome! Thanks...

I got the same error all weekend log for the most part. What I did was long hold the box that read mms or multimedia message and another window popped up. From there an option saying "save picture" or something along those line and you can save the picture from there.
