Can't access sent pictures in text messages

I recently upgraded to a Note 9. Shortly after sending a picture in a text message, the picture shows 0 kb having been sent and I can't click on the pic to open it. The recipients are receiving the images but, on my end, it looks like they haven't been sent. Any ideas how to fix this? It never happened on my Galaxy S7 Edge. Thanks!!
