Can't access settings app, it show 'unfortunately, settings has stopped'

In my Lenovo Phab tablet I can't access in my settings app. When I tap on the icon it shows "unfortunately, settings has stopped". I already done factory reset, still not working. Anybody please help me to fix it.

Welcome to the forums. Have you already tried booting into safe mode? This process will temporarily disable all your third party apps. Tell us how it goes for further assistance.
