Can't add/edit APN all of a sudden! Lost 4G LTE

So all of a sudden today I lost all internet/LTE capabilities on my PH-1!
And I can't edit or add a new APN due to the apn settings being greyed out. And there's no add new APN option either.
Tried using my SIM from my Pixel 2, no dice. Tried rebooting w/o SIM inserted, nope.
This is frustrating cause it was working just fine. Some help would be appreciated.

Yeah I asked there, no luck. Looks like I have to factory reset, which is annoying, but probably the best option right now. oh well.

(edit) So just got the April security patch over wifi, and Bamm! everything works again! YAY!)
